1 Thessalonians 5:18 -Give thanks in all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. NIV
There's something about giving thanks to God and showing your appreciation to him that releases a spirit of peace. I try my best to remind myself to give thanks no matter what comes my way and no matter how hard it may seem at the time. Everytime I choose to give thanks to God instead of complaining, especially when hard time comes, I get a peace about the situation and it allows me to trust him even more that he got it! So the next time that your'e faced with a problem, instead of complaining, give him thanks until you receive his peace and his peace will confirm that he hasn't forgotten and that he'll work the problem out.

- Hello and welcome to a place of Spiritual Refuge. A place where you can come and meditate on the word of God as it encourages and empowers you to live on top of the world everyday. I've always had a passion for writing ever since I was a child. Now I'm an adult I've decided to allow God to use one of the many gifts he's given me to encourage and create a place of spiritual refuge for the discouraged, broken hearten and those who at times feel they have no hope. I thank God for all of the gifts that he has given me and my greatest intent is for me to give them back to him by using them for his Glory. Enjoy, be encouraged and inspired. Lorraine B :)

Exactly, the Bible tells us to always have faith and patiences. Once these two qualities are immersed in our Christian Souls then we soon realize that when we mistakenly believe things are as low as they can be in our life, that they actually are not, this is a test that God puts us through to test our faith and patiences. True Christians realize that we must give him thanks in the Good and especially in the Bad times. We do not know the time or the hour when he will return, so we must praise him everyday.
