You ever thought of the reason why at times we lack in this life? A lot of times we tend to blame all of our "lack" problems on the enemy and how he stole everything from us. But could it be that we lack because we're lacking being obedient to God's word? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not at all downplaying the work of the enemy and that some of us do go through Job experiences now and again but as I read the word of God, it is evident that a lot of times the reasons that we do lack is because we lack giving or receiving something. We lack because we lack knowledge and wisdom, we lack because we lack thanksgiving and praise on our lips, we lack because we're not seeking the Kingdom first so that everything else will be added unto us. We lack because we're not being obedient to God's word.
Think about your life for a second. Are you lacking something that God needs so that he can open up the doors of heaven to pour you out your blessing? Are you lacking a praise? Are you lacking seeking God's purpose in your life? Are you lacking consistent communication with God to see what he wants you to do next on this journey? Maybe the reason you lack right now is because of what you do lack. You lack something that God is requiring in order for him to open up the windows of heaven and pour you out an abundant blessing. WHAT DO YOU LACK TO DECREASE YOUR CURRENT LACK?

- Hello and welcome to a place of Spiritual Refuge. A place where you can come and meditate on the word of God as it encourages and empowers you to live on top of the world everyday. I've always had a passion for writing ever since I was a child. Now I'm an adult I've decided to allow God to use one of the many gifts he's given me to encourage and create a place of spiritual refuge for the discouraged, broken hearten and those who at times feel they have no hope. I thank God for all of the gifts that he has given me and my greatest intent is for me to give them back to him by using them for his Glory. Enjoy, be encouraged and inspired. Lorraine B :)
